PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 30, 2011) - An MH-60S Sea Hawk from the Eightballers of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 8 transfers cargo during a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) with the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). VERTREP's use MH-60S Sea Hawks to transfer supplies from one ship to another. The John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group is on deployment to the Western Pacific and Arabian Gulf.
