MISAWA, Japan (May 1, 2012) - Cmdr. Greg Sleppy, former commanding officer of Patrol Squadron (VP) 1, addresses the audience during the VP-1 change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Paul Peverly relieves Cmdr. Greg Sleppy as commanding officer of VP-1 during the ceremony on board Naval Air Facility Misawa.
