EAST CHINA SEA (July 1, 2012) - Gunner's Mate 3rd Class Chantal Knibb coils a length of shot cord aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) during an early morning replenishment at sea (RAS) with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Walter S.
