Tatsuya Fukuda, commander, Escort Flotilla 4, lands on the flight deck of the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) for the start of Exercise Keen Sword 2017 (KS17). Ronald Reagan is participating in Exercise KS17, a joint, bilateral field-training exercise involving U.S. military and Japan Self-Defense Force personnel designed to increase the combat readiness and interoperability of the Japan-U.S. alliance.

Navy Reserve Commander U.S. 7th Fleet hosted more than 100 Sailors from active, reserve and integrated commands during the 2016 Asia-Pacific Symposium at NAS JRB Fort Worth. The Asia-Pacific Symposium is designed to enhance the operational readiness of Reserve Sailors by providing training and exposure to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
